Registration is closed. What do I do?

We accept walk-up registrations. The walk-up fee for prospect camps is $60.00 and $100.00 for Specialist and Big Man. Please print the walk-up forms from the documents tab, complete and bring with you to check-in.

What do I need to bring to the camp?

All campers should bring cleats, sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, and sunscreen. QB & Kickers/Punters are encouraged to bring a football for warm-up purposes, but it is not required.

Helmets & Shoulder Pads are required for the Big Man Camp.

Helmets are also required for the Beast of the East Tournament 7 on 7 Tournament.

Helmets and pads will not be available to rent.

Where do I park?

Parking is available close to our facilities. Please reference the attached map in the DOCUMENTS tab at the top of the page.

Refund Policy:

All payments are final. We do not offer any refunds.

How do I register a camper?

We do not accept personal checks.

When does online registration close?

Online registration will not be available 3 days prior to the day camp is being held to ensure we can prepare for the camp check-in process.

Are parents allowed to watch camp?

Yes, parents may observe while camp is being held. Due to insurance reasons, it is mandatory that all non-participants remain off the practice fields.

Are camps open to all ages?

Age/Grade level vary on the camps. Refer to the information listed on this website to make sure a camper is eligible. According to NCAA rules and regulations, all camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants regardless of skill/level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

Do I have to pay the full camp fee at the time of registration?

All camps require full payment at the time of registration.

Do camps offer any discounts on the registration fees?

How soon will I receive confirmation for a camp registration?

Camp registrations confirmation will be emailed immediately to the email address provided up completion of registration. We will email a final itinerary closer to the start of camp to confirm time and location of camp check-in and activities.

Are campers supervised at all times?

Campers are supervised at all times.

Will there be medical staff on site?

Yes. Fully qualified medical personnel will be on site. In the event of a more serious injury, there is a major hospital located within 3 miles of East Carolina University.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Safety is our #1 priority. In the event of severe weather (lightning/torrential rains), we must remain indoors until it passes. Therefore, be sure to bring sneakers with you for an indoor surface in case we have to move indoors.

Are meals provided at camp?

Lunch will be provided at some of our camps. Please refer to the particular camp’s details. Water will be provided during camp activities; however campers are encouraged to bring their own sport beverages.

Will camp sessions include a campus tour?

Due to time constraints, we are unable to provide you with a campus tour during our football camp. You will be given a tour of our athletic facilities, but we do understand that you may want to see our campus while in Greenville. To set up a campus tour, please contact our admissions department.
